    • It’s easy

    This technique is incredibly easy. Anyone can learn it and benefit from it. It doesn’t matter how busy your mind is or if you are a novice meditator or an experienced one. 

    The personalized sound (mantra) does all the ‘work’ for you. Because it uniquely resonates with your nervous system and brings it spontaneously to a parasympathetic activation. Which will automatically create a state of deep rest and start to remove the deep rooted stress away from your body.

    • It’s efficient

    The mantra takes you naturally beyond the thinking mind to the blissful state of Being, helping you to effectively shift patterns at a subconscious level, those regressive patterns and tendencies that have been stopping you from confidently living your best life.

    This technique ‘operates’ at the root level of things, it will remove the imbalances from their seed point which will have a cascading effect on how we move forward in life. They will no longer impact you negatively, freeing you to make use of your true potential and rediscover the best version of yourself.

    This is a very revealing technique, it will reveal yourself to you. You will not change, you will simply discover who you truly are without all those layers of conditioning and stress.

    • You can do it anywhere

    The magic of the mantras is that they work everywhere. There is no need for complicated postures, apps, chimes or even perfectly quiet rooms. No matter where you are, if you can find a place to sit, you can meditate. If you can think, you can meditate. I literally meditated on a bus, train, plane, car (not while driving), in a bookstore, one of my most epic meditations happened on a park bench. This flexibility makes it very easy to fit in our schedules and enjoy its benefits wherever we find ourselves during the day.

    • Long lasting benefits

    The effects of meditation do not fade away after you’ve opened your eyes, the good juicy vibes stay with you throughout your day. And this is because your nervous system is getting the needed rest and repair during your 2 daily meditations, which also impacts in a positive way the quality of your night sleep.

    When I first started practicing it, it was such a difference to how I was feeling. The contrast was big and I kind of started to think that it’s too good to be true and the effects I was feeling would fade as the weeks go by. Well, I am happy to report that they didn’t fade, on the contrary they compounded, like the profits of a good investment. Even now after 5 years of consistent practice I am always surprised as I ‘discover’ a new skill or a new way in which I am resolving some challenge or I am not ‘triggered’ anymore by a particular situation that used to mess up my day.

  • The short answer is no.

    This meditation technique originates from the ancient wisdom of Vedic culture, which is considered one of the Earth's indigenous traditions. All indigenous cultures around the world share fundamental principles and truths about life. While the core insights are universal, the methods for directly experiencing these truths vary across different cultures.

    This technique of transcendence has been designed specifically for those who live in the world, for ‘householders’ with jobs, creative pursuits and relationships, so it does not require a monastic type of life. 

    At the same time it will not impact your pre-existent faith and beliefs. It’s a tactical tool that will help you enjoy your life to the fullest. Just like a car can get you from point A to point B regardless of your religion, the color of your skin or your sexual orientation.

  • There is no need to stop thoughts or try to control the mind. In this meditation technique we do not concentrate or try to make things happen in a certain way. By favouring the mantra in an innocent and nonchalant way, you will go beyond the thinking mind. The benefits will come by default whether we find ourselves thinking or not. During the 4 day beginners course we will talk in detail about thoughts during meditation and their nature. And especially why they are not a problem in us collecting the rewards of this meditation.

The role of the teacher is to be able to pick the right mantra that fits perfectly with your unique nervous system in order to enjoy its benefits. I will make sure you get the right mantra, teach you how to use it and help you to integrate this new practice effortlessly in your daily life. 


    Once you know your mantra and how to use it you will have this wonderful tool for life and be an independent meditator.
