Learn to meditate with Elena Pomohaci

in 4 easy sessions

Sakura Meditation is taught in-person during a 4 session course on 4 consecutive days, 7 hours in total.

Main location is Tallinn, Estonia.

Elena also travels to teach in Finland, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania and all around Europe. Feel free to inquire.

Day 1 - 1 hour

1-to-1 session with Elena

She will give you your personal sound and guide you in your first meditation session.

Day 2 - 2 hours - group session

We’ll have a relaxed discussion about this technique and its mechanics. This is where you will discover its natural simplicity and how easy it will be to integrate this practice into your daily life. We’ll have Q&A throughout the session and enjoy a nice group meditation at the end.

Day 3 - 2 hours - group session

On this day we will explore the effects of meditation on the body and mind, the science of stress and how this meditation will help you remove deep rooted stress from your body leading you to enjoy a better quality of life. This will positively impact your sleep, your mood, your creativity and productivity. Your immune system and cognitive functions will thrive. It also helps with addictions and recovering from them. We’ll have Q&A throughout the session and enjoy a nice group meditation at the end.

Day 4 - 2 hours - group session

Here we will talk about present and future states of consciousness that will naturally appear in your everyday experience as you continue with your practice. You’ll have a newfound joy for life, deeper connections with your fellow humans and a deeper understanding of your own true potential. Also you will learn some very handy eyes-open techniques and some tips on how to use this technique as a tactical tool for interviews, long-hours of travelling and why not even first dates.
